Job Description
The Hatch Power Systems and HVDC group is seeking a Business Development Student for the summer term, with interest in the Energy Sector, starting in July 2022. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will support projects globally based out of our Winnipeg location.

Responsibilities:
- Update capability documentation for the HVDC & FACTS Business Unit
- Update Statements of Qualification documents for various disciplines
- Work alongside Project Managers to create new Project Sheets
- Assist with populating proposal workspaces with relevant information
- Assist staff with curricula vitae updates/formatting
- Assist in preparation of special format documentation for proposals
- Other administrative tasks as required
Education and Experience:
- Administrative, Marketing or International Business students preferred
- Excel academically while being actively involved in extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities at school or in the community
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Technical writing capability an asset
- Ability to work as part of a team, follow directions
- Customer service focused
- Ability to adhere to time-sensitive schedules and deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Advanced organizational and interpersonal skills
- Advanced software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Skype)
