Role: The BIM Manager develops and supports the delivery of the digital execution strategy for projects and is responsible for creating and maintaining the team of coordinators.  In addition to managing your day-to-day mandates, you will have the opportunity to work regularly with colleagues from all over the world! You will also be able to work on large-scale international projects with various multidisciplinary teams. Your challenges with us:

  • Develops and executes digital strategies and BIM execution plans and their risk management at local and global level (in collaboration with other global offices).
  • Determine training and integration needs as well as the training of a team of BIM coordinators.
  • Ensure that there is a consistent approach to 3D data modeling and including non-graphical data across projects.
  • Be responsible for data flows and work processes to enable data-centric delivery.

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Be ready to learn and work with the suite of Bentley (MicroStation, etc.), Autodesk (Revit, etc.) or Hexagon (SmartPlant, etc.) products.
  • Experience in consulting engineering or with mining, energy and civil projects
  • Experience in writing BIM documentation, including plans, procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Good in French and English and good communication skills.
  • Be versatile, comfortable with change and teamwork
