About the Role:
The House of Commons' Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Product Delivery Manager position.
The Product Delivery Manager is accountable for delivering digital product solutions, directly or through the supervision of a multi-disciplinary development team, in order to maximize the business value of features and functionalities across the full digital product lifecycle (conception, definition, testing, delivery, monitor, maintain, enhance and decommission). The Product Delivery Manager is accountable for managing the product backlog by identifying, support the prioritization and delivering on required maintenance and high value product improvements. The Product Delivery Manager is responsible to ensure changes to products are communicated and works closely with their operational peers for their adoption and support when required.
The Product Delivery Manager will help the Senior Digital Product Manager define and promote the role of digital product management at the House of Commons to ensure everyone understands the transition to the product centric model.
You have the ability to influence clients, internal stakeholders and technical teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and negotiation skills. You possess superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve a vision. You thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused working environment.
