Our engineering and project management and construction disciplines ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of projects globally across the metals and mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

The Contracts Manager will provide Leadership, Training, and Mentoring to a team of Contract Specialists within a client’s organization.  
The role requires that you can develop and deliver the required training in order to assist the client in developing their contract management expertise. 

As the Contracts Manager your expertise and experiences will include leading a team of contract specialists, contract administrators and administrative support staff focused on the management of construction, services and material/equipment supply and installation contracts during the execution of EPCM projects.  

You have been responsible for carrying a project to an on-time, on-budget completion.

As the Contracts Manager you have been the owner of the entire contracting process, both pre and post award activities, including negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, including documenting and agreeing on any changes that may arise during its implementation or execution.

The role will be focucsed on the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract formation, execution/administration, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial, scope and schedule related performance and minimizing risk.
