As a Payment Processing Manager, you will lead a team responsible for payment processing activities across several business lines. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third parties, you will analyze and review existing processes to recommend and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical accounting skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.

Your roles & responsibilities:
- Provide daily management and leadership to the Payment Processing team
- Oversee all payment functions, including cash application and reconciliation process, plus analysis of inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Analyze and manage payment volumes and resourcing assignments to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Work collaboratively with Accounts Receivable, Billing and Accounting to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Promote awareness of cash application procedures; interpret and clarify policies
- Engage with IT and Support teams on the execution of new feature initiatives
- Continually look for and implement process improvement opportunities
- Identify goals, set targets, and measure performance for daily operations and initiatives
- Follow all Finance Governance processes and support audit requirements

Travel
- Minimal travel is a requirement for this role
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- 3 + years of business and proven leadership experience
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, advanced use of Excel
- Experience using AR management tools including JDE, ADDs and Credit Manager
- Knowledge of AR cycle and Accounting is preferred
