Integrity Mitigation Advisor Job

In this role, you will help us develop and enhance our industry leading integrity programs to ensure continued safe and reliable operation of the gas distribution system. You will also engage extended alliance contractors to complete projects, track their progress, and process the results.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate annual execution of multiple Integrity workplan projects and ensure delivery to plan

• Coordinate invoice submittals, code for processing, and obtain approvals

• Prepare monthly progress reports to track metrics and proactively identify cost and work completion issues to facilitate adjustments, provide monthly updates to management and key partners.

• Working with Integrity project leads to understand requirements, resolve issues, and liaison with extended alliance contractors.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple extended alliance contractors.

• Collaborate with Work Management group to plan remediation of condition issues for assets.

• Collaborate with Records Management team to update records based upon field inspection findings.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

• Related university degree and four‐plus years’ experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

• Excellent project management skills.

• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time and meet defined timelines.

• Strong background with gas distribution assets.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• P.Eng. or CET designation is an asset.

Working Conditions:

This role will need some travelling (15%). Valid G license and responsible driving record is required.
