As an Analyst, you will be a member of the Business Team managing the Canadian Real-Time Rails (RTR) Exchange. In this role, you will work with the business team to execute the mandate received from Payments Canada and help Interac deliver all related work and activities to the RTR Exchange on time and on budget. You will be a key product and services liaison between Interac’s Business, Operations, Technology, and Implementation Team as you help manage the RTR product roadmap, onboarding, delivery, and support stakeholder product usage, growth, and satisfaction targets.

Assisting business team in managing onboarding/offboarding procedures and related documentation
Assisting the Director with Market Sensing - Synthesize Research
Tracking bi-weekly and monthly product performance and metrics
Managing multiple tasks and priorities within aggressive timelines
Develop product training materials and conduct user training exercises
Reviewing Payments Canada’s policy documents and performing analysis to inform product impact
Conceptualizing and driving improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Supporting RTR Exchange Roadmap development through a deep understanding of business objectives, knowledge of client requirements, and market research
Supporting the management, maintenance, and update of the Service Catalogue
Maintaining status reports of product enhancement initiatives.
Documenting detailed requirements based on the client’s high-level functional requirements
Collaborating with Technology, DevOps, and Architecture teams to execute Technical Build projects
Supporting Product Functions including Product Analytics, Roadmap Development, Service Catalogue Management, Market Research, and Payments Canada’s Policy Reviews
Who are you?
A Bachelor’s degree in business/science/technology or an MBA
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Analyst or related function
Working knowledge of Payments is a plus
Ability to analyze product performance metrics to create detailed reports
Ability to develop and monitor initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver high quality documents, presentations and gain stakeholder buy-in
Ability to deliver in accordance with User Stories, Process Maps, Use Case specifications, Data Requirements, Business Rules, and Mock-Ups
Working competency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to understand trends, how they impact our roadmap, and how they drive innovation.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems into logical pieces.
Navigate through conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast-changing environment.
