General Helper Job

Shift available:

• 4x10E Monday to Thursday, 4:50PM to 3:20AM

Keurig Canada Inc., a KDP company, is looking for new talent for its production team.

Once on the job, you will work on a coffee packaging line (automated or semi-automated). Under the supervision of the department supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the various production processes, such as packaging coffee bags or cans, replenishing the machine, moving production and cleaning the workstation, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Operator in his/her operations (replenishing the machine, moving production, cleaning the workstation)
• Pack bags and cans in boxes
• Replenish the machines with raw materials
• Assemble pallets (10 to 20 lb.)
• Clean the workstation
• Report any problem related to the quality of food products to his/her superior, if necessary

Required for the position:

• Proficiency in French (read, spoken, and written)
• Basic knowledge of mathematics (simple additions, subtractions, multiplications, and divisions)
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Outlook)
• Ability to push, pull and lift loads of 10 to 50 lb. (with a manual or electric pallet jack – training provided internally)
• Ability to collaborate in a team on a daily basis
• Work in a safe manner
• Ability to work in a team

Assets:

• Diploma of secondary studies
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
