What You Will Do:
Responsible for the development and implementation of Technical Training courses.
Creation of eLearning, instructor-led, virtual and blended learning content for both field and office employees.
Conducting needs assessments, create storyboards.
Lead the collaboration with internal clients and subject matter advisors on individual projects to create or update learning content.
Responsible for adherence to materials management system, publishing, versioning and controls of training content.
Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
Related university degree or college degree and four‐plus years’ experience in instructional design and/or Adult Learning, and/or Teaching/Training OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Strong background and sound knowledge of instructional design principles and their application at a workplace environment.
Experience in conducting needs assessments, identifying training/performance gaps, designing effective learning solutions/tools for clients and evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Experience and strong knowledge in a variety of eLearning development tools and other content related software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator.
Front-line natural gas industry Operations experience.
Experience in audio narration recording and editing.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels.
Should be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Following are the preferred skills:
CTDP or CTP certification.
Adult education certification or diploma.
Instructional design certificate or diploma.
