Job Description

Note: ​This role is permanent full-time, with a minimum of 35 hours/week for the Evening Shift: 4pm to 11pm, 5 nights/week from Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do

  • Respond professionally to customer service and emergency calls

  • Listen and assess customer needs and follow-up as requested

  • Complete data entry for service and emergency calls

  • Distribute, issue and monitor service requests to operations teams, locators and service contractor and, initiate an investigation on the calls when necessary

  • Perform various administrative tasks

  • Manage different IT systems

  • Act as a reference for requests from Customer Service Representatives

You are the person we are looking for if you have to offer the following:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven strong work ethic while under pressure with minimal direction, and capable of managing priorities and stress

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers

  • Professional, resourceful, and initiative-driven

  • Good knowledge of IT software

  • Previous dispatch experience is an asset.
