Lead a team of talent sourcers to develop effective sourcing strategies, using internal and external tools to identify, engage and recruit external talent prospects for hard-to-fill positions.
Partner with Human Resources, Hiring Leaders and the broader Talent Acquisition team to understand talent shortages and workforce requirements, create and implement strategies to find top talent.
Coach the sourcing team on how to build and maintain relationships, and cultivate pipelines of passive candidates. Interact with external talent regularly to ensure engagement with the Enbridge brand.
Leveraging internal and external data analysis and metrics, coach Recruiters and Hiring Leaders on talent availability and recommend creative result-oriented recruitment campaigns for their roles.
Act as a subject matter expert in the use of technology tools and social media platforms to locate untapped talent pools.
Lead the development of a dashboard for the sourcing team to assess key metrics on the external labour environment.
Provide leadership to the sourcing team members on their development plans, annual goals and measure performance against their deliverables.
Participate in Talent Acquisition project work as the Lead Talent Sourcing Specialist.
What will you need to succeed?
Related University Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience. Alternative combination of education and work experience will be considered.
Knowledge and experience in talent sourcing strategies, standard methodologies, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
Demonstrated leadership skills (direct or indirect) through previous experience.
Strong interpersonal, relationship management and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring leaders, internal and external talent, and the HR team.
Understanding of business intelligence, current labour market/economic conditions and how they impact recruitment efforts.
Recruitment technology guru (LinkedIn Recruiter, LI Talent Insights, job board platforms, Boolean search, etc.).
Experience with using data and analytics to measure progress and highlight areas of interest as we work to achieve our hiring goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by attention to detail and organizational skills.
High degree of flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload while mentoring a team.
Excellent computer skills and experience with different technologies in the field of Talent Acquisition. Recruitment experience using Workday is considered an asset.
Demonstrates knowledge of applicable legislation and its applications on Enbridge, specifically for the jurisdiction in which the role is located.
