Job Description

We are looking for a driven, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team!

As a Sr Analyst Residential Program Design you will be responsible for supporting the design and operational execution of the Residential DSM program offerings to meet program targets within prescribed budget levels. You will report results, address inquiries, coordinate marketing, handle invoicing and implement process improvements.

Note: This is a fixed term employment for approximately 12 months (End date: June 9th 2023 ).

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in program design and implementation which includes supporting annual planning, monitoring results and key performance indicators, and support for Program Advisors as required

  • Data analytics to provide required information and insights to inform decisions

  • Compile program offering and budget results for Program team. Reconcile budget actuals with outlook to ensure effective tracking

  • Key liaison for internal partners, and external as required, to address day to day inquiries and requirements for the program offerings to ensure smooth program operation

  • Support completion of market research and analysis to inform market planning, program development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation

  • Update program documentation and materials as required to capture design changes and associated requirements

  • Assist with contracts, contracts renewal, sponsorship agreements, Special projects and adhoc requests

  • Assist with identification and implementation of program efficiencies and process improvements

Who You Are:

You will have the following education and experience:

  • Related university degree (Preference in Business or Marketing) with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in energy conservation, marketing, program design or implementation.

  • Extremely proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel (intermediate level formulas, pivot tables, maintenance of data templates, etc.).

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate both insights and recommendations from data.

  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and shift priorities without loss of efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills required.

  • Self-starter with good time management skills and able to work in a team environment.

  • Goal-oriented – capable of setting and working against clear project plans and communicating status and outcomes.
