Job Description

We are growing our legal operations team, and seeking an individual who would like to combine their passion for technology development and legal background. The Senior Analyst, Legal Systems Applications will drive effective management and integration of legal technology systems and processes, focusing on system adoption, user experience and problem solving to deliver business value outcomes that are aligned to Legal Services strategy. The incumbent will also coordinate and collaborate efforts with legal counsel, client departments and TIS to support timely and complete solutions to incident tickets, onboard new clients to legal systems and drive improvements and/or upgrades.

What You Will Do:

  • Functional end-user business support and incident management for Icertis Contract Management, known internally as Enbridge Contract Management (ECM), and TeamConnect, which is Enbridge’s matter management system.

  • Business process ownership, standardization and documentation for Legal Services systems.

  • Support inquiries from legal systems users related to approved contract templates, contracting processes and related policies, and matter management processes.

  • First point of contact for legal systems customer support teams.

  • Supervision, communication, training and administration for ECM, TeamConnect and Electronic Signature systems.

  • User management, data access, user security management, master data enablement and support program users.

  • Define metrics to support operational, process, and compliance activities.

  • Provide business readiness support by guiding team members to prepare for system updates and implementation that will include organizational change management, end user training and user adoption.

  • Independently work on multiple matters/projects; ensure timely communication on the status of work in progress.

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate degree or college degree, preferably in a related area of study.

  • 3-5 years of progressive legal or business experience related to role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact professionally with internal clients, senior management, and internal and external legal counsel.

  • Excellent problem-solving, written and oral communication, and critical-thinking skills. Must be detail-oriented with good judgment.

  • Ability to make business decisions independently and recognize when to appropriately engage management for direction.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to learn other systems independently (e.g. ECM, TeamConnect).

  • Ability to embrace change, adapt processes, independently manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.


  • Experience managing contracts management systems or other records management systems is preferred.
