programs which involves working closely with peers to resolve project issues to ensure successful

processing of payment to customers.

What You Will Do:

Role-Specific Accountabilities 

  • Supports Tracking & Reporting peers to triage EC projects and provides direction to solution the issues efficiently; identify continuous enhancements / improvements to our EC offers, seeking input / review from internal stakeholders and approvals from Supervisor, Tracking & Reporting (and other groups as required)  

  • Lead for project-based initiatives including collaboration and partnership opportunities with external stakeholders and associated implementation requirements (such as IESO, Government) and other strategic initiatives with internal teams (such as Customer Care and Customer Strategy) 

  • Review various reporting / documentation for accuracy / formatting and provide feedback / recommendations for continuous improvement   

  • Provide strategic direction to the T&R Team regarding the collection, review, and work distribution requirements for year-end data collection for audit purposes; ensures we have met the requirements and timeline assigned by Evaluation 

  • Maintains relationship and resolves payment issues with Accounts Payable and provides review / approval of Vendor Master Requests (both New and Modifications)  

  • Where and when feasible, assign and / or schedule necessary workload requirements or tasks to Advisor / Sr. Analysts / Analysts on the Tracking & Reporting Team to support requests / change management and provide guidance / direction as required  

  • Review and approve DSM projects (both single and batch payments) in Guardian / DDSM / Markview up to $250,000 with over   

  • Develops presentations and delivers updates to varying types of audiences (this could range anywhere from the creation / delivery of a training module for peers, or delivering an executive update to the Leadership Team)  

  • Liaise with third party delivery agents / vendors / software companies when / where required 

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned  

Who You Are:

Required:   

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent.  

  • Minimum of 6 or more years of related Energy Conservation or industry experience.  

  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel.  

  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize key issues and manage multiple processes.  

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently. 

  • Strong leadership, innovative, results oriented, team oriented and interpersonal skills. 

  • Sound judgement and critical thinking skills. 

  • Excellent oral and written communications including public speaking, and training facilitation. 

  • Understanding of issue analysis, business case review, cost-benefit analysis, and DSM screening tests (i.e., TRC, PAC, etc.)  

Preferred: 

  • Related industry experience  

  • Practical background and knowledge of utility energy efficiency programs  


Working Conditions:

  • This position requires some travel within province
