Enbridge is delighted to welcome a Storage & Transmissions Operations (STO) Capital Scheduling Analyst onto the team!

While in this role you will be accountable to develop and manage the STO long term maintenance/capital execution schedule across the organization. You will work closely with various work execution groups to identify required work, coordinate outages, optimize schedules and determine required resources to complete required tasks.

What you will do:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all parties requiring access to STO assets and facilities to do work

  • Prioritize maintenance/capital work with stakeholder input.

  • Collaborate with the Planning Advisors and Operations and Maintenance Supervisors to develop and manage long term schedules.

  • Identify and implement the scheduling tool to combine SAP and Maximo information into the O&M and Capital scheduling processes

  • Track and maintain the local capital and O&M budgets and schedule timing to ensure successful execution of the capital and O&M plans.

  • Monitor and maintain work and asset management KPIs

  • Develop and publish the short term (weekly) and long-term (annual) schedules being mindful of the critical operations steps (injection season, withdrawal season, reservoir outages etc.)

Who you are:

  • Two‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience, OR related university degree and limited previous experience.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, or a part of a broad team.

  • Ability to read and understand P&ID/ single and one-line drawings and OEM manuals.

  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced maintenance environment

Working Conditions:

  • This is an office-based position (80%)

  • Field time will be required to become familiar with the sites where work will be scheduled to identify any constraints or needs for jobs to be scheduled.
