The Residential Tracking & Reporting Analyst is responsible for processing and validating applications related to the Residential Energy Conservation programs to ensure program applicants receive accurate and timely payment for participating in the offer. The Analyst will also be responsible to gather and review data for the purpose of utilizing it in regular reporting.

What you will do
Extract applications from partner team and validate credentials against standard procedures to ensure applicant meets the eligibility requirements.
Prepare project batches by validating homeowner information and incentive payments; requirement to upload these completed projects into internal database using an Excel-based macro.
Apply various resources to validate program measures and homeowner eligibility
Support return cheque and replacement cheque process between various groups.
Interact with internal subject matter experts and other partners to resolve outstanding issues and/or discrepancies with project submissions therefore minimizing Do Not Qualify to ensure applicant receives the most optimal incentive in a timely manner.
Work to solution homeowner & service provider inquiries and complaints for outstanding claims.
Work collaboratively with other team members on raised inquires that are beyond the scope of an Analyst.
Active involvement in handling group mailbox to support the resolution of homeowner inquiries/issues/matters.
Support the reporting and financial reconciliation processes by extracting data from the system of record, organizing the data into report format and reviewing to ensure completeness. Where data is incomplete / inaccurate, work with Program Advisors to obtain / correct data.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date Tracking & Reporting related process documentation such as Job-Aids and Procedure Guides.
Who you are
Post-secondary education in business or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with validated ability to run multiple processes/applications and handle opposing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Meticulous individual capable of delivering quality results in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Flexible and able to shift between different tasks and applications with ease.
High level of computer literacy, the ability to work on CRM-related platforms and extremely proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel (intermediate level formulas, pivot tables, maintenance of data templates, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a cross-functional professional setting.
Validated ability to work collaboratively with others in dynamic team environment.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-confidence, and a strong work ethic.
3-5 years of proven analytical experience in a similar role whereby partner satisfaction is a key priority.
Motivated individual with a strong desire to get results and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Practical background knowledge in energy conservation program delivery.
