Private Markets Rotational Analyst

Investment Management, Graduate Private Markets Rotational Program

HOOPP invests in all major asset classes, including fixed income, public equity, credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

HOOPP’s Graduate Private Markets Rotational Program offers new graduates the opportunity to complete three (3) rotations over twenty-four (24) months with the opportunity to be placed in a permanent role after completion. Participants will develop a strong understanding of how each department contributes to the success of our fund and how we deliver on our pension promise.

Upon successfully completing the Graduate Private Markets Rotational Program, participants will have:

  • Developed knowledge of the private market asset class they will be supporting while working with a team of world-class investors;

Private Markets offer the opportunity to invest in markets and businesses that may not be available in the public markets and to manage the volatility associated with the public capital markets. Furthermore, although more illiquid in nature, the businesses and assets the Private Market Groups (HOOPP Capital Partners, Real estate and Infrastructure) invest in tend to have a longer time horizon and match well with the long-term liabilities of the pension plan.
