The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal departments to help produce superior products following Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. Main Objective:
To produce superior products following Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. machining processes and procedures.
The Night Shift schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 pm - 6:00 am.
If hired, you will be eligible for a $1,500.00 retention bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings). You will be paid the first $750.00 after completing your first 90 days and the second $750.00 after completing your first 180 days if you are an employee in good standing.

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Mechanical aptitude is required. Ability to learn how to use basic measuring tools (micrometers and calipers). Basic computer literacy, basic math skills, a desire to improve in all areas, and working as part of a team committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. Successful completion of assigned curriculum within 180 days of hire/transfer which includes completing the Fundamentals of Manufacturing. Complete and pass Metrology Course CTC-137 and CTA-082. For CMM training if required by the department will require completing CTC-047 and CTA-080

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
Physical Demands:
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
