Job Description
Kaplon Sports, formerly known as Tiger Sports, was founded in 2018 to produce cricket bats and field hockey sticks in India. The company expanded to supply affordable sportswear to local and state-level athletes but later focused solely on hockey wear due to competition from big-name brands. In 2019, the company decided to expand it portfolio and started offering functional athletic wear, soccer balls, field hockey sticks, cricket bats, cricket kits, hockey kits, running kits. In 2021, the company changed its name to Kaplon Sports, meaning Tiger in Turkish. Kaplon Sports aims to continue supporting Indian sports at the grass-roots level and helping athletes fulfill their dreams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
- Strong analytics skills to evaluate reports and data to make strategic decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments within the organization
- Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and positive people-interface skills
- Must have an enthusiastic personality with a strong passion for soccer/cricket/hockey
- Strong ability to multi-task utilizing multiple computer systems
- Ability to handle escalated customer situations in a calm professional manner
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- This position puts a strong emphasis on being the direct point of contact for end consumers
- It is responsible for answering incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat; assists customers with detailed product information, payment status, order updates, and shipment process
