Job Description
Supervise and oversee the daily operation of Time and Attendance Area. Maintain the park’s Time and Labor System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Time and Labor System used by seasonal staff members
- Monitor and enforce the Six Flags’ attendance policies
- Oversee Minor Compliance policy enforcement
- Coordinate seasonal Years of Service and Complimentary Ticket programs
- Research and process payroll discrepancies and disputes
- Interface with Finance Department during weekly processing of payroll
- Assist with HR Office duties, including interviews, filing, and hiring process
- Adhere to all department and company safety policies
- Responsible for training and development of ESO staff
- Responsible for scheduling ESO staff
Skills and Qualifications:
- Data entry and computer experience with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Teams
- Previous Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent math skills
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and motivated
- Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
- Flexibility with the schedule - able to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours on Mondays
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
