Job Description

To assist with the daily operation of Time and Attendance area with an emphasis on employee relations and data entry and to provide assistance with concerns and questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clock in/out process for all seasonal staff members
  • Monitor and enforce the Six Flags’ attendance policies
  • Assist in the resolution of employee issues with the EAS/IVR timekeeping systems
  • Assist employees in correcting payroll issues or discrepancies
  • Communicate payroll policy and procedures effectively to employees
  • Responsible for reviewing minor schedules to ensure they are in compliance with Minor Compliance policy
  • Verify minor employees are scheduled prior to allow those employees to clock in using EAS/IVR systems
  • Assist with general departmental functions, as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data entry and computer experience with a strong knowledge of MS Office Suite products
  • Excellent math skills
  • Very detail-oriented and strong organization and communication skills
  • Flexibility with the schedule - able to work weekends, evenings, and possible extended hours on Mondays
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Park structure preferred
