Job Description

  • Be an example of a star performer and coach other subordinates on shift
  • Be the first point of contact for subordinates
  • Manage performance of subordinates
  • Manage scheduling process
  • Ensure the correct skills are taught to the subordinates during BPA sessions
  • Ensure that all news and updates are communicated to subordinates in a timely and clear manner
  • Participate in subordinates’ recruitment and training process
  • Update Team Managers Manual and other online resources
  • Organize and lead the team and individual meetings
  • Report to Head of Studio about team needs/changes in a timely manner
  • Prepare and monitor teams’ KPI data, create and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly improvement plan
  • Ensure continuous development of the Shufflers, performance Appraisals/Reviews for subordinates
  • Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes to your manager
  • Work with internal programs: Wiki, Jira, TTS, Slack, Smart Recruiters, NEVOS, Training portal, Evospace, etc.
  • Report to your manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule
  • Attend meetings, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary
  • Work in shifts and flexible hours
  • Take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours
  • Be at the designated workplace on time and in the appropriate work attire/uniform
  • Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements
  • Ensure all procedural, legal, and disciplinary procedures are followed by the employees
  • Follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business
  • To perform other ad hoc duties and projects as asked by your direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications
  • To replace team members during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Additional fluent language proficiency will be considered an asset
  • Previous Managerial experience will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent level of computer literacy, more specifically of the Microsoft Office package
  • Has met, all targets and expectations set out by Direct Manager within current role
  • Has been received endorsement by current Direct Manager
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Aptitude in problem-solving;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and be of an organized nature.

Additional Information

Team Manager role is responsible for managing Game Presenters and Shufflers team directly in all aspects of day-to-day operations including scheduling, performance management, and continuous development. This role is crucial for the development and ongoing success of Evolution Gaming and its employees. The incumbent might need to perform a hybrid Team member/Team manager role during the probationary period.
