Job Description
- Coordinate social media content and corporate website content by working with 3rd party suppliers
- Plan and execute current marketing strategy for HBHN for new and existing products or services
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
- Communicate effectively with internal clients, understood their needs & created strategies to reach sales goals, addressing customer service problems
- Assist with the creation of marketing and communication materials, negotiate with media agencies and secured agreements sourced suppliers, and made recommendations to the management
- Training and educating employees in related marketing needs
- Assist management team with Trade Show and Medical Conference planning
- Conduct and create PowerPoint presentations and promotional material
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as conferences and leadership meetings
- Monitor third-party vendors
- Monitor and improve SEO
- Create and manage marketing monthly campaigns with tracking report on the effectiveness of each campaign
- Distribute required marketing emails, manage and monitor newsletters subscriptions
- Manage internal corporate communications according to the management instructions
- Tracking Live-Chat Automation on the Websites
- Led and support the corporate sales team with effective communication, achieving sales goals
- Project Management: taking instructions in creating, executing, leading, and managing various projects from the Director of Operations or upper management
- Budgeting: responsible for tracking all monthly marketing expenses and return on investments
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary to support sales goals.
