You are a sharp, experienced CSM who is passionate about learning about and helping our clients by providing exceptional service, support, and training. Your communication skills are exceptional, as are your organizational ones. You do not hesitate to pick up the phone to get a client on the line. You like to problem-solve. You have a keen eye for spotting upsell opportunities. You live and breathe customer service.

You have experience in a similar role at a tech company and love learning new things. You have innovative ideas and the know-how to put them into action. You enjoy working in a close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Renew accounts in a timely manner, hitting renewal targets
  • Provide support to Customer Success Team
  • Perform online workshops with marquee clients
  • Perform Zoom training, benchmarking development, and check-in sessions
  • Keep accurate notes in CRM of your portfolio of accounts
  • Looking for upsell opportunities to pass back to sales reps
  • Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees
  • Provide loyalty check-ins
  • Customer onboarding and training

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • Work well with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
  • Sense of urgency and tenacity
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • You can effectively cope with change, finding ways to advance work and projects
  • Hubspot or other CRM experience is considered an asset
