Job Description

Our Ideal Project Manager:

It takes a specific mind to look at a large project and see a challenging, yet fun, a puzzle to solve. With all its complex moving parts, a Product Manager is a pathfinder that makes an organized strategy and brings a team of experts together to navigate the project at hand. These experts are often described as someone who specializes in critical thinking, having the willingness to ask the 'why's and being able to provide honest, realistic feedback – all while striking that delicate balance to keep everyone on the same page and focused on the same vision.

Plan. Guide. Communicate. Build. Test. Launch. Iterate.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years or more of project management experience
  • Motivated by the prospect of leading a project from start to finish
  • Highly organized and able to achieve project goals on-time
  • Great people skills to ease negotiations between different opinions/priorities
  • Confidence in providing firm feedback without coming off as abrasive
  • Ability to quickly grow and adapt within our evolving company

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for inter-team communication
  • Work with department leads to build project teams and assign roles as needed
  • Having a bird's eye view – knowing what is being worked on and scheduling sprints
  • Plan the roadmap and results as a member of the decision-making team
  • Define project scope to ensure projects can launch without scope creep
  • Assigning tasks/responsibilities to project teams and defining expectations/needs to ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Oversee the launch process – including organizing testing and deployment to Beta/Production
  • Superb writing communication skills and excellent command of the English language
  • Understanding of product management cycle and best practices or the ability to quickly learn them
