Job Description
- Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in Business or Business Related program.)
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience with direct experience in analytics with primary and syndicated data is required. Strong knowledge and experience with Nielsen data and tools are required.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights at strategic and tactical levels.
- Previous experience in consumer health and/or the CPG industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to present information in a concise and succinct manner; structure and simplify complex info into key messages.
- Proven ability to seek and effectively leverage organizational resources (people, $s), tools (brainstorming, process excellence) and processes.
- Strong project management, problem-solving and prioritization skills and ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of key business/marketing processes, including annual business plan development, target and BME allocation, and channel strategy.
- Strong computer skills and deep working knowledge of MS Office (particularly excel).
