Primary Responsibilities:

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Enter customer orders by phone, email, fax, and EDI
  • Respond to customers requests regarding the follow-ups on their orders, returns, backorders, and out of stock inventory
  • Reconciliation of consignment inventory located at hospitals & clinics, and proceeds with necessary follow-ups with the sales representatives and customers
  • Processing consignment audits as required
  • Process credits, issue invoices and authorize returns
  • Coordinate deliveries with the distribution center, track, and research deliveries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, sales)
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are met
  • Daily follow-ups on all open lines and open order report
  • Entering product inquiries in SFDC
  • Effective use of technology and software to respond to customers quickly and accurately
  • Report adverse events and special safety situations immediately after their reception to the pharmacovigilance department as per current SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Familiar with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC and EDI systems an asset
  • Self-motivated and can project a positive attitude even under pressure
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of service, in a positive way
  • Attentive to details and rigorous
  • Flexible schedule if work requires overtime
