Your opportunity

Our Calgary office is looking for a Junior Accountant to join the US Corporate Tax team, and own the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of US corporate tax returns 
  • Assist with preparing various US foreign reporting forms
  • Assist with the preparation of US treaty-based return forms
  • Work with Internal Revenue Service, and state revenue agencies
  • Assist Tax staff with compliance and consulting engagements
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your experience and education

  • You are working towards your CPA designation (Canadian or US)
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in the public accounting industry
  • You are motivated to gain expertise in US Corporate Tax
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Earn your US CPA Designation
