As part of the Records Management team at Enbridge Gas Inc., you will ensure that our field records are timely, complete, accurate and accessible in electronic systems for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Responsible for the receipt, record completeness QC, processing, updating, and circulation of all distribution plant records manually or via GPS (Field Notes, As-Laids, Job Cards, Service Sketches, etc.)

  • Create/modify/delete records in Maximo, eGIS, iViewer, Document Tracker and SAP applications as needed

  • Intake, quality control, scanning, and processing of field work records that are received through internal mailing system and a Document Tracker mailbox.

  • Maintain ongoing contact with Municipalities for address verification; maintain Street Centerlines and Centroids within EGIS and SAP.

  • Review area’s incoming Builder group addresses and add them to SAP within the 2-business day SLA

  • Investigate and complete assigned Record Correction Requests (RCRs).

  • Maintain partials folder and remove the final scans for WO from all areas that have arrived in Records and have been numbered.

  • File physical field work records and assist with the organization and upkeep of file storage areas.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

You will have the following combination of education and experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Working experience with Field and Records procedures. Proven experience to read and understand asset records.

  • Working knowledge of systems including iViewer, SAP, Maximo, GIS, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines in both a team environment and independently using procedures and job aids.

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Detail and results oriented; able to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate messages and to ensure effective delivery.

The following would be an asset:

  • l Working experience in Distribution Operations, Construction, and/or Planning.
  • Working experience with relevant manuals such as Construction and Maintenance, and
  • Planning, Design, and Records.
