You will primarily be responsible for providing various administrative duties and operational support, including updating and maintaining the vendor dashboard and the distribution of various reports and data analytics on behalf of the Technology Delivery team. This includes gathering, analyzing, and summarizing delivery timelines for our major partners. Understanding our partners deliverables, constraints, areas of improvement and impacts to our corporate and commercial projects.

You’re great at.....

  • Working under the guidance of senior team members, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Entering project timelines, deliverables, costs, etc. into databases and/or spreadsheets

  • Maintaining and tracking reports for partner engagements

  • Assisting with the distribution of reporting, contracts, dashboards, etc.

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of various process flows, policies and procedures

  • Completing general administrative duties as and when required, which will include data entry, updating databases, maintaining complex excel spreadsheets, communicating with internal stakeholders as necessary, etc.

  • Uploading of vendor contracts to various online systems and obtaining approvals for projects/requests

  • Performing other duties as required or assigned
