Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with and support our Commercial Partnerships & Client Solutions team at Interac! This external facing group works directly with our clients and industry partners. The successful incumbent of this role will have exciting opportunity to work with many key players across the organization alongside the Customer & Market Development Director.

  • Identifying industry trends and concerns by researching and analyzing client and marketplace data.

  • Working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Leveraging data & analytics for identifying outcomes/business impact.

  • Supporting your team with regular reports and updates.

  • Providing continuous support and coordination of key activities and initiatives through consultation with internal stakeholders.

  • Providing insight and support on any cross functional projects and initiatives initiated by, or related to, the Commercial Partnerships & Client Solutions team.

Who are you?

  • Currently completing your last year of Undergrad from a creditable institution with a focus on Business, Economics or similar program.

  • You don’t take yourself too seriously and enjoy having fun at work.

  • You are a proven problem-solver and team player.

  • You have the desire to learn more about customer & market development and payment products & services.

  • You well alone as well as with others, and enjoy having autonomy at work.

  • You have a passion for problem-solving and wish to learn more about the payment strategies of leading financial institutions.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and excel at presentation preparation, document review and the formulation of information to an easily digested format.

  • You have proven communications skills.

  • You exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management & organizational skills.

  • You enjoy analyzing performance metrics and data, creating dashboards and reports, and uncovering industry and market trends/insights.
