What You Will Do:
Conduct risk assessments to support business functions
Prepare for, conduct and evaluate quantitative risk assessments.
Apply fit for purpose risk assessment methodologies to identify and evaluate risks.
Value assessments for asset and integrity management
Conduct value assessments (risk and benefit analysis).
Conduct fit for purpose value assessments for significant projects that require approval through internal and external stakeholders (including regulatory agencies).
Develop expertise and best company practices in risk modelling
Be familiar with industrial practices in quantifying risks.
Act as the internal consultant in risk modelling to support other business functions.
Support risk based decision making
Interpret risk results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with partners within the organization to provide appropriate risk input and perspective.
Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
Related university degree and six‐plus years’ experience OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Relevant industry experience of conducting and managing quantitative risk assessment (QRA), especially FTA, ETA and consequence analysis.
Thorough understanding of ALARP and the theory underpinning QRA techniques as well as experience of their application.
Ability to present and facilitate to a wide variety of audiences including, technical, senior management in an effective manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of risk identification techniques such as HAZOP, LOPA and What-If studies
Expertise using risk management software including SAFETI, PHA Pro or others
The skills for technical details and engineering calculations for the application of QRA methods.
Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to handle different projects at a time while working cooperatively with other teams.

Following are the preferred skills:
Engineering degree with P.Eng.
Experience in data analysis, statistical analysis.
Experience in integrity and/or reliability and/or engineering of process facilities.
Working Conditions:
Some travelling is required for this role (10%). Valid G License and responsible driving record is needed.
