What You Will Do:
Support development of the talent strategy for the Lab to meet the combined goals of impactful product development, rapid Lab scaling, foundational capability-building, and cultural organizational development
Support ongoing evolution of Lab brand / communications strategy to better achieve its goals
Build forward-looking people roadmap to meet Lab’s skillset needs
Manage recruiting and onboarding for Lab roles
Support development of the capability-building ecosystem for Lab skillsets
Build career paths for Lab roles, both within and beyond the Lab
Where appropriate, ensure alignment with the broader TIS workforce and talent management framework
Engage effectively with Lab Head(s), Scrum Masters and Technical Leads to ensure alignment of support with Lab needs
Engage effectively with Digital Leads (e.g., Design Lead, Data Science Head) to incorporate networks and expertise into talent strategy
Manage the setup and launch of new Lab locations (e.g., Houston) and the ongoing enhancement of existing lab locations
Support the Lab Leadership Team on internal and external communications regarding the Lab
Act as the organizational interface with the Lab for go-and-sees, questions about operations, involvement
Coach, develop, and motivate members of the Lab Accelerator team
Support the cultural development of the Lab through target initiatives and incorporating Lab-member feedback
Build and model the Lab’s culture, values, and behaviors within the Lab Accelerator team and encourage members to take learnings back to their respective functions
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience working with high-caliber talent in digital and analytics roles
Understanding of agile and its principles
Familiarity with Lab principles and understanding of its strategic goals
High-level understanding of different Lab technologies (e.g., machine learning, IoT)
Deep understanding of Enbridge enterprise processes and stakeholders
Experience building and managing successful teams that work well together
Strong leadership skills – ability to guide diverse teams of varying backgrounds (e.g., Finance, HR, Communications) and influence external stakeholders in the business
Strong project management skills backed by experience delivering transformational initiatives involving stakeholders from across TIS and the broader enterprise
Strong ownership mindset, with experience creating ownership within teams
Passion to challenge status quo, break boundaries, find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – love change.
