What You Will Do
Respond professionally to customer service and emergency calls
Listen and assess customer needs and follow-up as requested
Complete data entry for service and emergency calls
Distribute, issue and monitor service requests to operations teams, locators and service contractor and, initiate an investigation on the calls when necessary
Perform various administrative tasks
Manage different IT systems
Act as a reference for requests from Customer Service Representatives
Who You Are
You will have the following:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven strong work ethic while under pressure with minimal direction, and capable of managing priorities and stress
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers
Professional, resourceful, and initiative-driven
Good knowledge of IT software
Previous dispatch experience is an asset.
