Specialist Corporate Security GDS Jobs

This Enterprise Security position is located in Toronto, Ontario and will oversee and manage security assets and operations for Enbridge’s Gas Distribution business unit. gas distribution facilities and other Enbridge assets in the region.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the security risk lead for the Ontario region; identifying and understanding the nature of security/risks in the business environment

• Assist in developing threat intelligence; emergency response planning, security management plans for events, and security vulnerability analysis

• Oversee and manage quality assurance of physical security components such access control, guards, technical security, and perimeter barriers

• Participate in large corporate event security planning and execution

• Develop and deliver security-related training and education and update security process documents

• Prepare detailed reports of investigative findings

• Assist in Executive Protection

• Conduct Security Risk Assessments

Who You Are:

• Post-secondary education with a Security certification such as CPP or PSP

• 7-10 years progressively responsible experience in areas such as emergency response, training, operations, regulatory, threat intelligence, security management, and program development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting security standards and other similar documents with little to no oversight/assistance

• Have a demonstrated network of security professional in leadership positions

• Leadership skills necessary to successfully implement and drive change

• Excellent project management skills and experience with external/public relations
